ABC Zoo is built to collect nothing. This page explains exactly what that means.
There is no account system, no advertising network, and no server that the app talks to while you play — the app works fully offline. We do use Google Firebase Analytics to understand anonymous, aggregate usage of the app (such as which pages are opened and how often), as described below.
Your child's progress — stars earned and stickers unlocked — is saved only in your browser's local storage, on your own device. It is never transmitted anywhere, and it never leaves the device unless you clear your browser data.
ABC Zoo uses Google Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data — for example, which pages are visited and how the app is used overall. This does not include your child's progress, stars, or stickers, and it is not used to identify any individual child or family. You can read Google's privacy practices at policies.google.com/privacy.
ABC Zoo does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Firebase Analytics may use cookies or similar local identifiers solely to distinguish anonymous, aggregate usage sessions.
ABC Zoo does not collect any personal information from children. The analytics we use are anonymous and aggregated, and are not used to identify, profile, or target any individual child.
If what we collect ever changes, this page will be updated to say so plainly, and the change will be reflected in the app's own behavior, not just this text.
